It depends on the condition of your windows, siding, and roof. If you have concerns about whether any of them may fail inspection, then it may be worthwhile to perform the necessary home improvements. Especially if your property has damage that might cause more damage—such as a leaky roof—addressing the issue before you put your house on the market may be a good idea. Any improvements will increase the curb appeal and give your home the look of a well-maintained property.

Although our team does complete prep and cleanup, the more access we have to a clear work area, the more efficiently we can do our jobs. For window installs, please move furnishings away from windows. For roofing and siding, please make sure the area surrounding your property is clear and grass and bushes are trimmed before we arrive.
